The Opportunity:
The Buttes Marriott Tempe is looking for a Part Time Massage Therapist who will be responsible for providing a relaxing and fulfilling spa experience for all guests in our Narande Spa.
Requirements:
– Currently Licensed in the State of Arizona
– Can offer up to 4 modalities in line with our spa menu
-Must be able to be called in within 1 to 2 hours of being needed in the spa
– Must be able to perform a Massage in 50-minute and 80-minute durations, at least 4 hours in a row or 6 hours in a day
-Must be able to make expert, quick and accurate decisions on therapy needs, meeting and exceeding the client expectations
-Must be able to suggest appropriate enhancements such as aromatherapy, foot scrub, or CBD once available
-Must be able to carry 20lbs
-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be able to keep a clean and sanitary treatment room and follow all guidelines within the spa which includes restocking linens and product bottles.
-Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner.
-Must comply with mandatory Marriott conservative appearance standards and professional uniform policy.
