Here are some resources to help you with the basics of starting a business.
Create An Idea
Find out where you are and where you want to be. Take what you have learned throughout life and apply it to your business. It’s time to look inward at a number of things to help narrow down a good business idea for you. As you work through each section, take note of some of your thoughts and responses on your companion worksheet.
Business Vision
The most important part of a starting holistic business is its marketing and networking strategy. Because of this, the business vision we recommend creating does not need to be very large at all–a page or two at most–and will still incorporate some of the same elements other business plans or visions do.
Finance
The main reason that many small business fail within the first few years of operation is because of poor record keeping. While it is an arduous task, putting into place a simple way of keeping track on the money flowing in and out of your business, will not only keep you on track but also help you to make sound business decisions.
