Key Responsibilities:

Build positive, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, supportive client experience.
Manage daily schedules efficiently to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
Assist with marketing initiatives to promote services and grow the business.
Qualifications:

Reliable & Dependable: Punctual and consistent, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Empathetic: Demonstrates genuine care and compassion for clients’ needs.
Effective Communicator: Skilled at connecting with clients and working collaboratively with team members.
Multi-Tasker with Time Management Skills: Can manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
Customer Service Expertise: Previous experience in client-facing roles, ideally in healthcare or wellness.
Knowledge of Integrative Health: Familiarity with holistic health, energy healing, fitness, nutrition, or coaching is a plus.
Marketing Savvy: Experience promoting services and driving client engagement is highly desirable.
Professional & Positive: Upholds professionalism while bringing energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.
