Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time massage therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in sports massage, deep tissue, and orthopedic massage techniques. You will work closely with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients, helping them recover from injuries, alleviate pain, and improve overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, focusing on sports, deep tissue, and orthopedic techniques.
• Assess clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on stretches, strengthening exercises, and relaxation techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment.
• Collaborate with other wellness center staff to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Stay current with new massage therapy techniques and trends.

Qualifications:

• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Valid state massage therapy license.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
