Licensed Massage Therapist Wanted

Synergistic Living LLC in Sun City, AZ is seeking a self-motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Collaborative Multidisciplinary Holistic Wellness Team.

We are a 5 Star team of four Licensed Massage Therapists, an Aesthetician, Acupuncturist, Reflexologist, Chiropractor, Nutritionist, Sound Healer, Somatic Breathework Practitioner and we are expanding to add more holistic practitioners. We want dedicated practitioners who will exclusively work with us and not engage in private practice or work for another group practice simultaneously but willing to discuss.

We are a team passionate about collaborative healthcare, and we meet weekly to ensure we work together to create the best action plans on behalf of our clients. Our guests come in to receive high-quality, professional massages for either relaxation or pain relief.

Most of our clientele has come to us via word of mouth which says a lot! We deliver great services!

We offer flexible scheduling options that can accommodate your lifestyle needs. Additionally, we provide a 15-minute transition time between client appointments.
Beautifully decorated office space, spacious treatment rooms, and all necessary tools and supplies, linens, oils, lotions, including heated hydraulic tables and towel warmers, are provided. You are welcome to bring in your own materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Have knowledge, understanding and be able to perform tradition forms of massage: Swedish, Therapeutic and Deep Tissue
Knowledge of other modalities/certifications: Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Lymphatic, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofacial Release, PNF, etc. are a plus
Be able to convey the benefits of massage
Provide massage therapy services to clients with a variety of health issues and goals
Eager to service existing clients and generate new ones
Ability to follow office safety protocols
Attend in-person staff meetings
Ability to maintain a professional, clean and well-organized space, including laundering, folding, and putting away linens, replenishing lotions and oils when necessary, and opening and closing duties
Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely, i.e., SOAP Notes
Motivated team player, professional, have a positive attitude, reliable, flexible, adaptable, and punctual to be able to keep a timely schedule and see clients on time
Interest and ability to see 12+ clients per week
On average our therapists provide 4-6 massages per shift with flexible breaks
Looking to accommodate a weekend day shift, possibly alternating and at least one evening shift per week.
Be a good problem solver and be able to take feedback
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness
Be creative: always coming up with new ideas to improve our services, reach more clients, and engage our current clients.
Must wear professional attire

Qualifications and Experience:
Two years of experience (outside of school) is preferred. Less experience? Let’s chat!
Experience with Electronic Scheduling/Payment/Charting Software like Zenoti
Experience creating individualized treatment plans

Certifications / Licenses:
Current massage therapy license in good status in the State of Arizona
Liability Insurance in good status
Finger Print Card

We offer:
1099 position
Competitive compensation: starting rate 40/60 split plus gratuities
