We are hiring a kitchen assistant that will include operating our commercial juicer when needed to fill in for our full-time juicer. The kitchen assistant/juicer will be responsible for assisting in making meals and juice for up to 12 patients. At our center the kitchen is fully organic, plant-based, and raw. Experience in raw food preparation is a plus! We are highly passionate about living foods and how they relate to healing the body from cancer. We need someone who is highly motivated and passionate about what we do with a willingness to be a part of a comprehensive team to help us with the common goal of teaching our patients to stop making cancer and to live long healthy lives after participating in our program. Responsibilities:
• Operate a manual commercial grade juicer hardware device
• Provide quality food and juice to patients by adhering to all recipes and standards
• Cleaning and maintaining the mechanical parts of the juicer
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are met
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients used
• Conduct daily cleaning duties as assigned
